Postage and Packing

Your order will be sent by first class post or a better service.  Our standard postage and packing cost is £2.34 (£1.99 + VAT) for all orders.

We also offer the option to send your order by Royal Mail Special Delivery at a cost of £5.99 (£5.10 + VAT).

Delivery Guarantee

We aim to provide same day dispatch for all orders received before 2:00 pm on working days (Monday to Friday) for in-stock items.  Royal Mail first class post provides next day delivery for over 90% of our orders.  Royal Mail Special Delivery guarantees delivery by 1.00pm of the next working day to 99% of the country.

If, in the unlikely event that we are temporarily out of stock and we cannot dispatch your order within one working day, then we will send you an email with the estimated dispatch date and an option to cancel the order.  Payment will not be taken until your order has been dispatched.

In addition to deliveries to your billing address, we will also deliver to your place of work, or to a friend or relative.

We only dispatch items to addresses with a UK postcode (plus BFPO).
