Postage and Packing

Your order will be sent by first class post. Postage and packing is FREE for all UK orders sent by first class post.

We also offer the option to send your order by Royal Mail Special Delivery at a cost of £5.99 for UK orders.

Delivery Guarantee

We aim to provide same day dispatch for all orders received before 3:00 pm on working days (Monday to Friday) for in-stock items.  Royal Mail first class post provides next day delivery for over 90% of our UK orders.  Royal Mail Special Delivery guarantees delivery by 1.00pm of the next working day to 99% of the UK.

If, in the unlikely event that we are temporarily out of stock and we cannot dispatch your order within one working day, then we will send you an email with the estimated dispatch date and an option to cancel the order.  Payment will not be taken until your order has been dispatched.

In addition to deliveries to your billing address, we will also deliver to your place of work, or to a friend or relative.

International Shipping Costs

We will ship your order to most countries.  Orders purchased and shipped outside the European Union will be shipped VAT free, but the customer will be responsible for any local taxes and duty.  Your order will be delivered in approximately 7 working days in Europe and Japan and in approximately 11 working days for all other countries.  If your order cannot be shipped as a small packet, then we will contact you before shipping.
