Everyone is welcome to join the South Herts Hash House Harriers (SH4).  We welcome:

• visiting hashers
• hashers who have moved homes
• non-competitive members of local running clubs
• people bored of jogging by themselves
• people who enjoy jogging in the countryside etc.
